Okay, I have to start to get back the balance that I fear has slipped away from me!!! This is not acceptable for me. I have derailed off track since I took vacation from work June 22nd and haven't been able to get back to normal healthy habits since - the scale confirms this and so does the way I am feeling - drab and no energy. I have not been tracking my food which is the single most important thing that I should not have stopped doing. When I tracked my food I kept my weight steady as I could see what I was putting in. I also could see how much protein/carb/fat intake was there and I felt great inside and out. I firmly believe that protein consumption is VERY important and once you lose the balance, it is really hard to not gain weight back. I have gained up to an all time high since May and am not happy at all.
Summer is hard for me as that is when everyone comes alive - barbecues, beer, ice cream, snacks and all that goes with summer treats galore! I like to enjoy myself and I have a love for food, but it has to stop at some point or I will end up back at square one!

I am going on another round starting Sept 22nd. I am going to get off 20 more lbs and from there I am going to give myself a second chance to keep the excess off for good and keep up those healthy food habits I know I have within me! It will be fall, it will be easier for me to keep up the routine and I WILL NOT FAIL!
155.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm behind you all the way! I'm starting my next round on the 1st. I have to wait till i can afford the extra loading foods. I can't wait! It's hard to maintain the control when there are so many options. I just try to REALLY ENJOY those 2 cookies so i don't end up eating 12. :) I, too, have not logged my food. I will try to do better. Maybe I'm doing something right (purely by luck)that could benefit someone else. Well, I'm off to another meeting! You can do this Zen!
