Official Weekly Weigh-In

OK - this is part of the reason why I'm up a whole pound this morning:

I was having such a good day yesterday. I had a lovely healthy kedgeree for lunch and I completed both my scheduled workouts (salsacise + Dyna-Band), plus the Dyna-Band workout I missed yesterday. Then we took our little boy swimming in the afternoon and got up to the health club restaurant about 4:30 absolutely ravenous. You know when you're so hungry you feel dizzy and can hardly think straight?? That's how I felt! So, had to get food, and fast - and somehow managed to end up ordering a carbtastic baked potato with cheese and beans... Not only did I demolish that, but I also somehow managed to help my little boy finish off his tuna sandwich and potato wedges. Did I feel bloated after that lot!

Anyway, I did try to make amends by doing an extra 30 mins salsacise (the full workout), but it clearly wasn't enough. I'm hoping this is just food weight and it'll be gone again by tomorrow, but we'll see.

Oh well, I still lost a pretty satisfactory 3 pounds this week, which is not to be sneezed at. Just 2.5 pounds to get to my next mini goal of 11 stone! Will I make it by Easter?? Watch this space...

Have a wonderful week everyone!!

Now that is something I haven't seen - beans on a potato! Gotta love the Brits with beans on everything. Still haven't tried beans on toast. I bet you will still make your goal though, you are probably just a little bloated from the carbo-load.

You don't go in for baked beans on baked potatoes in the US?? You should SO try it - it's GORGEOUS - and, if served without the cheese, pretty healthy too!! I'm waiting with baited breath to see the numbers on the scales tomorrow morning... Thanks for your support! :)
