Not happy at all with how I am doing. I make 2 steps forward and go 3 steps back. I just have to pull it togather. I am going to have to get more exercise....I just have to do this.
219.7 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 69.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

I'm with ya Becka-Boo!! Right now I feel like I'm attached to a giant rubberband. I pull and pull against it making progress, then it pulls me back and I have to start again...dang it. I guess as you said just have to keep pulling and make it to weak to pull me back again! You can do this!!! Just keep pulling!!!!
