Wondering if I'm losing weight a little too fast. Thought the recommended calories were off from this site and set my own caloric intake to be lower. Now I'm thinking I should pick it back up.
237.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
