It's still creeping down, which is great, although I do realistically expect to see usual increase over the weekend, when I tend to indulge in a few, largely wine-related, calories! However, it feels fantastic seeing this number on the scales, because it must be at least 8 years since the last time I was this light.

Once again, I stuck 100% to both my diet and exercise plans yesterday. I had to go into the office yesterday, so my scheduled workout was only 20 mins, but it was a fairly intense 20 mins, being the cardio Dyna-band workout, which certainly works those arms and legs!

I have taken the plunge and booked in for upper and lower eyelid surgery. It's scheduled for 2nd May, which was the earliest slot the surgeon had available, which I take as a good sign - after all, you don't want a cosmetic surgeon who has a fairly free diary! Double eeeek!!
155.5 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
