Woo hoo, back down. It’s been a weird past few days - on Sunday, I didn’t feel well, and I ate a McDouble with the bun and a Diet Coke. Sounds crazy, but it always works when I have a sour stomach. That spiraled into pizza for dinner. My weight stayed at 206.0 STILL after all of that. I ate keto two days ago, but WAY too much portions. So my weight spiked up to 207.2 yesterday. Ahhh!
I didn’t record it because I knew it was just because of the salt and Overeating... and so yesterday I ate right on track, small portions and it came off, farther than before. Being this close to onederland is such a tease! But I know I have much farther to go than 200 so I will continue the course.
