Okay, it's time for me to buckle down and really start again. I saw some pictures of myself that threw me into a funk for a while there. How is it I can feel pretty good and look so bad?
241.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Half of looking good IS feeling good about yourself. That is the important thing, and it's the important thing about losing weight. Do it for yourself, and the better you feel, the easier it will be to loser it. Keep it up, and don't be so hard on yourself:)

Autumn is so right....you need to feel good about yourself before you can really notice all the great things you have done! You are doing awesome and I know you will continue to do so!

Pictures of oneself can often spark one into action. It's really easy to lose weight once we make up our minds to do it. Keep up your efforts Astillac!
