Yes! Beat the beast and also hit a new low...and the week's not over! So excited!
178.8 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

OMG Hollipop.. I so completely understand what you mean.. I am facing that same exact monster as I type! LOL Damn dreaded 180.. Can't wait to see 17- on my scale. Great job Lady!

Thanks! Hubby and I are planning to get away for the first weekend of August, and I really want to hit my next mini goal before we leave. My mini goal is my half way point and it would just really make that weekend special to know that I had accomplished so much! Only 6 more pounds to go. Weight loss has slowed, but my exercise has really slacked too. I think if I push myself, and exercise like I should, I will make it! I don't know what it is about the end of a range (190, 180, etc) but it just seems like it is harder to drop below it than when you're in the middle of a range, don't you think?
