I have dieted/exercised before successfully (getting down to 177 pounds) until I hurt my back in 2007 and was hunched over for two and a half months. Leaving all my progress in the dirt. So 4-5 years later, I have finally had it with feeling bad for myself and became tired of not having the confidence I once had. I.. AM.. BACK! This time it's until goal! And.. I'm trying to take as many people as I can with me!
I started my diet journey again on 4/24/12. My starting weight was 219.8 and I am currently down about 48 pounds! Ultimate goal is 150-155 pounds. I set a mini goal for myself was to be down to 195 by 6/9/12 and completed it successfully on 6/9/12 weighing in at 195.8! Second mini goal, I was off some. Originally I wanted to be down to 180 by 7/13 instead it was 7/19. But I made it! Next mini goal was 165 by 8/24/12 but I have been staddling the wagon (half on half off). I have reset my goals and now I'm pushing to be down to 165 by 9/7/12.
