Feeling great- in the last two weeks I finally have lost a few pounds! I also started a strict vitamin routine and I have tons more energy and even feel like I am starting to sleep better. Today was the last day of phase I and I am still not feeling deprived. It's great to be back on the diet, I forgot how much easier it is after the first week. I am going to be slowly adding fruit in and maybe a sweet potato here and there, but I am still staying away from breads- no matter how great the whole grain bread is, it always packs the lbs. right back on me! I am glad to be able to add in some fruit, though!

Great job making it past phase one! Look at that weight drop reward you earned! I hear ya about being afraid to add the grains, its scarey when it has been a problem in the past. Thats why you add it slowly, one at a time and wait to see how your body responds. If it trigger's any feelings to binge or anything bad, try something else, maybe brown rice? I made up brown rice and bagged it in serving sizes in the freezer, now its quick to heat up with supper.
