I felt the same way this week, but if you take a step back, it's still progress! And that's still good regardless if it was 2 pounds, 5 pounds, or 1 pound. Keep up the hard work!

Every single loss you have brings you closer to goal. There will be weeks of small losses, big ones and weeks where you can do everything right and see a gain. It' doesn't mean your doing anything wrong. It's all a part of the journey. Our bodies work in strange ways and we don't always get the losses we think we may deserve. Just keep on and going and you WILL get to goal. Great job on the loss.

Keep it up, you can do it! Even though I am losing weight it helps me if I don't focus on my body or the numbers too much because I feel it just delays happiness until some future unknown date. We are never going to wake up looking dramatically different than when we go to bed. So for me, as long as I am eating foods that give me energy and make me feel good, then it's easier when the scale doesn't budge because I'm focusing on how I feel not how much weight I've lost. Maybe that could help you?
