Time to start again. Clothes don't fit and I'm not happy. Wish I kept a better food journal before to see how I did it. On the days I did a good job it seems like I followed South Beach but also was mindful of my calorie count. Can't find the south beach frozen entrees anymore so I have to make sure I have something to eat for lunch.
