Was supposed to end my 48 hour fast yesterday at About 3 or 4 pm. I was feeling good so I went an extra 4 hours.

Glad I did cause eating later made me still feel full this morning as I reset the clock for another 48 hour fast.

My next 1 hour eating window is 3pm on Thursday. Once I got into the swing of it, the feeling of hunger dissipates as the body adjusts to it's new eating pattern.

29 more hours to go on this current fast. Feeling great and heading out for a long walk today.
318.0 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
