Woo hoo!! Scale was nice to me this morning. What a great way to start my day. :) I got up early enough for a short walk around the neighborhood and to get breakfast at a good place. Have a wonderful Wednesday all!!!!
191.5 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
