Hey stranger! Slow and steady wins the race, right?

True true! And I have heard the slower it comes off the longer it stays off. . . might be wishful thinking, but we'll get there! How's the abs doing after the Cool Sculpting?

It took me a year to lose 45 lbs. Thats less than a pound a week but it has stayed off for the most part for almost a year now. The abs are there lol. In the am I do see a bit of a difference but it's only been 2 1/2 weeks so at this point I am being cautiously optimistic.

I think that's why slow works, it you crash diet you just start gaining again and don't really make any life style changes. It took awhile to put it on and it will take twice as long to get it off lol. But I really think slow is the way to go!

You're right, it's slow, and sadly it will only get harder as you have less weight to move around (thus lowering the intensity of your workouts even if you do the exact same moves/miles) and less total body mass to feed (lowering your BMR). BUT, you're doing great, and going slow is giving your body time to adjust (and your skin time to firm up). I keep trying to remind myself that plateaus are a good thing, just my body readjusting its equilibrium to the right level. Wishing you the best!
