Overdid it big time yesterday :( Potluck at work and a little bit here and there sure adds up! And it was a rest day from exercise, yikes shouldn't combine high calories and no exercise! A hiccup, not a failure, back at it today.

It's not the day that defines you it's how you bounce back. Hell we all have to live a little or we'd never stick with it. Having a rough week myself... couple of extra good days and you're all set!
