I'm sorry for the loss of your mother. Mine is gone now too and I miss her every day for the last 13 years. But congrats on your weight loss and keeping it off. I hope your day gets better.

I lost my dad almost 3 years ago. You have to think of what she would want for you. It is hard though. Only you can make more bright spots for you and your family. Good luck.

Please accept my condolences on the passing of your mom. I lost my mom in 2016 and my dad in 2013. It is never something you get over and don't ever let anyone make you feel you should. All I can say is time does help, it helps take out some of the pain and bring many good memories to life. I still have their room with much of their stuff and still 'talk' to them daily, but now instead of the uncontrollable tears & sorrow it is more like, 'hi mom, hi dad' 'hey do you remember when.....' Keep coming here & be true to you :-)

Congratulations on the weighloss. I lost mine and it's been 5 years and there are days I have a hard time. But I live to keep her memory alive. Prayers for you.

I lost my mom 14 years ago and my father 50 years ago. Don't be bitter. You have the memories, good, bad or indifferent. You need to live for now and take care of yourself. Be proud of your weight loss because you did it for yourself. Life takes various turns but that makes it life as opposed to the alternative.

Hi there. I lost my mom in October 2017, I know what you are going through, sadly :-(. Only just hit the 6 month mark myself. First few months took a toll and I gained about 30 lbs. Stay strong. I saw a quote today that said "You never get over it, you get through it."

My condolences on the loss of your mother. Our loved ones truly live forever as long as we remember them and tell their stories. given this - they are never far away from us. I understand your suffering and I hope in time your love for your Mom will overcome your grief.
