Injured my back. Probably from moving. Had to lay flat all weekend after surfing Saturday morning. Hope it heals soon. I cannot just sit around for too long! This sucks!
201.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
