I really felt the difference this morning. Put on some pants that were tight in the waist and now they fit a bit better. Really starting to see some results.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Definitely cool to see. I didn't have as much to lose but I'm feeling better and once I get to 230, it will be interesting to see. I'll have to get new pants for sure after losing about 20. Next goal will be to pack on a little muscle and go back up to 235 or 240 but without being fat.
