Cool! I thought I might've gained back more weight but I guess not since I've been watching what I eat. Bummed that I caught my younger daughter's cold Monday night so didn't exercise. Felt awful yesterday but still did everything on my fully packed calendar, which didn't allow for exercise. :( Been loading up on zicam and going to rest today so this cold doesn't get any worse.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
