Feeling a lot better! My older daughter suggested we do the Jay Robb 3 day fruit flush detox. Perfect timing as I was off work for the rest of the week. We started Thursday 6/28 and finished successfully yesterday! She lost 6 lbs and I lost 8 lbs! I didn't record it in the charts because it's just the detox weight loss. I'm sure more lbs will come back on as we eat our healthy foods. Also I signed up for the workout 30 mins a day. I'm feeling motivated and looking forward to meeting my weight and fitness goals.
