Yippee - the weather is less humid (40%)and in the upper 80's (89 degrees), so I was out on the bike trail again today. Yesterday, I went for bursts of speed, and today for distance although I only rode 10.5 miles averaging 12-13mph - but it is my longest this season.
At the end of the September, I am riding 25 miles in a Pancreatic Cancer Fundraiser - but there will be many stops. My best friend's husband died in March - only five months after diagnosis. It was a sad one...
