"When you are trying to improve on your journey, it will be swift."
Trying to increase the intensity of my walking and cycling; yesterday did "sprints" on the bike, and today I jogged during parts of my walk. Also read that one should exercise in the morning on an empty stomach so the body burns fat instead of the food you ate for breakfast. Seems reasonable, so I did it!

Great job bumping that exercise up! You'll be surprised what you can do if you push yourself. Just listen to your body and you'll know if you're going to far. And remember, it may suck while you're doing it, but it will be over in no time. Then you can shower, rest, and be proud of yourself!!
