Jsut going to start today with my 3 point list:
3 things I an grateful for:
1. My family
2. Cooler weather that is finally here :)
3. FS and all the amazing buddies that have become friends.

Now yesterday... Well I only worked my set hours, I could not stand to be there and it was a real struggle to stay focus when all I wanted to do was sleep and escape. After work went to my mom's and hung out there for awhile. We sat in the back yard chatting until the wonderful and lovely and much needed storm clouds rolled in! Unfortunately did not make it home before the storm so I got soaked walking the 3/s4 of a block from the bus stop to home. Really did not care though because it felt absolutely amazing. At home I pretty much did nothing, although I had a salt attack bad and munched away on things that I knew would bloat me out. Pretty sad how I have been boohooing all week about feeling like a sponge yet caving to my salt tooth. Not only salty but high in carbs too. I did however drink lots of fluids throughout the day, but I'm sure that did not make a dent in balancing out the situation. I also slept really well, a combination of the humidit breaking and taking my meds which help me sleep. Abit higher does that I'm allowed to take when my sleeping issues happen. So this morning although I slept so well, I still feel groggy! Right now wish I could go back to bed for about another 6 hrs. But that would not pay the bills.
Oh yeah I still stayed under my RDI yersterday too, but the sodium ruined all that. Oh well everyone I'm sure caves to cravings at one time or another. ;)

Okay list thim of tasks: work (like always) - laundry ( get it all caught up to free up my weekend) - grocery shopping ( big sale starts today and things go quickly). Cleaning ( just mostly tiding up around the apartment) and finally to bed at a decent time ( even though it is Friday) oh yeah and go to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions( have to add that to the grocery trip)!

Well that's about all today.

I have come to the conclusion that weekends are made for sleeping. Most think it's for partying and doing 'fun' stuff, but once they learn the truth....suckers!! HAHA! Lack of sleep (or restful sleep) contribute to water retention and weight gain, so tell everyone and everything else NO this weekend so you can get some rest. Otherwise, you may be looking forward to another icky, bloated, tiring week.
