Feeling bloated today :( Could be the weekend catching up with me. . . my MIL says what you eat (or don't eat) doesn't show on the scale for 2 days. Not sure how true that is, but usually seems to work that way. Did good on calories and exercise yesterday, just need to keep that momentum going!
On a good note, I didn't have to jump so hard to get my too small dress pants on this morning, lol.

Hey friend, good job yesterday! I, too, struggle with the fact that diet/exercise doesn't always show up on the scale right when I want it too. I'm thinking "Rats, that weight is higher than I'd like. And yesterday I did such a good job keeping my calories in check & exercising. So I guess it doesn't really matter how hard I work..." (insert defeatist attitude here). So, I need to mentally slap myself and remind myself that EVERYTHING I eat and ALL the exercise I do is accurately recorded on my thighs, tummy, etc. Maybe the scale doesn't show it, but my body will over time. So props to you for getting into those dress pants! Today I'm en route to Seattle for a two-day stint in my corporate office and I'm sporting a new haircut and my more closely fitting clothes, and I'm hoping my coworker friends notice my 15 pounds lost! Happy Wednesday, my friend!!

Woo Hoo on the rebound! If I have an OOPS day it usually takes a couple of days to show, body needs to process it I guess. I had that bad week and this week seems to be better. I did up the amount of CLA alittle and I'm taking 2 waterpills a day just during this heatwave to keep the bloat down but that's just for my comfort, not the weight. I hope it's not just the CLA making the numbers go down but I am thinking that this may be a lifetime supplement... or at least for quite sometime. I do feel better taking it again I will admit. "Proceedure" is this weekend so the next few weeks are going to be really skewed... gotta stay positive, eat well and remember it's only temporary! Have a marvelous day!
