I'm finding it more and more difficult to stay within my RDI. With weight loss, I had to readjust my calorie intake and now I'm not sure if I can meet the new intake.

I guess this is hard work and I need to buck up make healthier choices. The good thing is that since this sounds like work, I might be able to lose the weight for good and get fitter. Wish me luck!
