It was my birthday a couple days ago and I ate so much. But at least I maintained my weight the last couple of weeks. Also I've had crazy schedule. My goal is to eat less (1500 calories) and workout (250 calories) the next couple of weeks. My scale says I'm supposed to eat 2300 daily to maintain my weight? I wish I could see my trainer, but I'm working 3 doubles this weekend.
