Tired. Work is a marathon these days...before when I was stressed I would unwind by stopping for ice cream or junk food to eat on the way home. Now I'm stopping at the grocery store and loading up on raspberries, blueberries, fresh brussel sprouts, etc., to get my refrig stocked with fresh, healthy, whole foods. In the last couple of days I have tunred down a piece of chocolate birthday cake made by my favorite cake maker, homemade turtle candy (brought it home for my husband and he loved it), Chinese food, and homemade Twix bars. Tonight the temptation continues with a complimentary dinner cooked by the new manager of our local cafe, who wants to treat members and spouses of the development board to a variety of his specialties. By the size of this man I don't think he knows how to prepare any local foods :).

It sounds to me as though your are meeting the challenges that are coming your way very well!!! Hope you had a good dinner last night and were able to dodge those caloric bullets. The week is almost over! Treat yourself this weekend.
