Day 10 - had a good day but probably could have eaten a bit less. Have not weighed myself yet as am too scared. Will get around to it soon.

Don't be scared! Don't let the scale hold so much power! If it doesn't tell you what you want it to then use that as incentive to try even harder. The only scary thing would be if you didn't weigh in! For one thing, you may have done a lot better than you think. Weight loss isn't about single events or days. It is the accumulation of many days that makes the scale move in the right direction. It takes you burning an extra 3500 calories more than you eat to lose just ONE pound. You've lost over 6! Think of how amazing that is! Stay positive. Have a great day!
