I feel all my muscles hurting today!! Starting skating and practicing ju jitsu the same day was not such a good idea, but I felt so much alive again, so full of energy and power!!! While running on the tatami I felt I am light and fast again, not the whale I used to be when I was not able to end a "step" lesson. I forgot how nice is to practice sport!!
