I had dinner by a friend, she made delicious (real Italian) food and I have overeaten. I have been walking for more than 4hrs today, then did ju jitsu for 1,5h and been on the rollerblades for 1h. It seems to compensate for the food, but anyway, I could have eaten less... Good news: I am still able to use in line skates, regardless of 10yrs without any practice. Same for ju jitsu, I could remember how to fall down and some basic stuff, even if my previous time on the tatami was on 2008.... It seems these horrible last years are over, I feel better every day! Tonite I have seen pics of my wedding (ended up in divorce) without crying or feeling sad. I guess it's a progress.
