I have eaten too much today!! and had junk food even if I have been able to choose... I have been to Leipzig all day with some friends, had German (heavy) food for lunch, huge ice cream in the afternoon and KFC hot wings for dinner, since our train was 1h late... I hate German railways... Anyway, I have to switch back to better food choises, otherwise all the efforts of the past months will be vain!! Today Ihave been wearing summer short I bought last year and they fit me loose only because of working out and healthy food choises. I definitely do not want to gain what I have lost!! So, I will go skating tomorrow morning before work, then going for the first ju jitsu class tomorrow night. There is always a good reason/excuse to indulge on food, but results come only from regularly choosing healthy food and to work out. We can do it!!
