I have been in training this year to run my first 5K. Am excited that my body is getting stronger...dont care if I have to walk/run my first one as long as I finish.
132.2 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
