ok, it's Sunday. So that means it's harder to keep Net carbs down. Yet, I did better than I thought I did.:) 57NC today. Fat to carb ratio wasn't as good as I would like but not bad either. Checked my ketones a little while after lunch and it was still a little pink so I think I didn't throw myself completely out of ketosis. Well, I need vegies now and then anyway and it was good to go out church friends for lunch. no kicking myself, I'm still taking good care of me and getting well in the process.
