This process is going slower than I thought it would. I've had a lot of calories today but most days I don't. Though, I don't think the count is right. my tuna, for instance should only be about 1/2 that for the amount eaten. anyway, I hope I will have a sudden big lose and my body is just holding on to it for now. all the fiber maybe. I'm doing much better on the carb. side! I guess I just needed to figure out some foods that work for me and maybe get past some sugar/carb cravings. i wish the weather would hurry up and get warm. I would like to go outside and walk.
