I'm very proud of myself, yesterday I ended the day 30 cals under my goal!! I have my meals planed out for today and plan on sticking to it. I didn't go home and get on the tredmill like I wanted. I should have got on it at Mom's while the kids finished there movie. I will do better today. I prob shouldn't check my wieght daily, but I like seeing the pounds coming off. I'm so excited. I love it!

Hey, hey, hey. Easy there. You did something great. Don't kick yourself for not doing the other. That negative talk will come back to bite you in the rear end. I like you check my weight daily. If you do, just realize some time its gonna go up for no apparent reason. So enjoy the drops, and live through the increases, and try to keep them in check. For me the most important part is my attitude, and believing I can do this so I don't give up. Sounds like you had a great day. Make it two in a row.
