Oh well, up and down. Start to favor dite again (home made), hope weather getting nicer and start to bike every day. 3 months till my next AC1 again (6.0) last one, need bring back to 5.5 again.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
