Two weeks in and I'm keeping strong. I already feel healthier, as in when I jog on the treadmill, I doesn't take me that long to catch my breath again. And also, my GERD has been doing much better. I feel hungry often on less calories, but assume this will go away once my stomach shrinks. I'm not starving myself though, don't worry. I keep snackies in my backpack for just the occasion. A few pretzel sticks or a granola bar do the trick. NOTE TO SELF: Light n fit yogurt is icky. The vanilla tastes like frosting and all of them use aspartame. I'll be switching to dannon or yoplait.

Great job! Try drinking more water. That sometimes staves off the hunger. And, yes, you'll probably lose that gnawing feeling after another week of sticking with it. Also try taking fruit in baggies for your snackies. They'll do the trick on fewer calories, which you can save for ravioli time! :)

I carry my water bottle with me everyday, and drink at least 32 ounces a day at school. I'm just too lazy to input it all the time. I've been eating apples for breakfast often, but try to avoid carrying them around cuz I hate bruises. And exercising isn't too bad when you distract yourself by playing games like badminton!
