So to break in the new Year I have done allot of thinking and I have looked back on my last year and I have had lots of ups and downs. So I am going to put a fresh foot forward and try to come at this with a more positive outlook and not try to beat myself up anytime I get sick or fall of track . I think I have found a much better support system with this as well so I am hoping that will help. Here is to a Fantastic 2012
