177.4, not too shabby. I didn't think I really gained all that much over the holidays.
I am going to try to keep my M-F workout plan, but had to skip this morning thanks to a slight tricep injury. Apparently me skipping an entire month of workouts has set me back (shocker), and I can't do the number of reps I was doing before.
Guess I gotta work myself back up.
Gonna shoot for 165 by May for our Whiskey Tango party. w00t!
