I'm proud of myself for being on program for 4 whole days now and not even being tempted to cheat the plan. I've been exercising a bit and am trying out Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It's been kicking me in the butt but I'm not giving up. I'll keep doing it until I can make it through.
