There is a definate corilation between how I feel and how I eat. I noticed yesterday that I was not at all hungry during the day, I only ate a banana and half an apple at lunch. Unfortunately by the end of the day I was totally and completely dragged out. By the time I got home due to being tired and slightly stressed I was a complete and utter bitch! Definately have to try today to eat reasonably.
On the upside I have found a motivational trick that gets me out of the house early... that trick would be treating myself to a tim hortons coffee. Leaving early means that I can relax before my shift starts.
So todays goals are..
1. get through the day and getting some healthy snacks in
2. errands after work
3. do a few things around the apartment
4. the hardest thing is to stay motivated to achieve these goals

Thought of the day: The only person who can control me, is me!!
