I only have 4 weeks left in the 12# in 12 weeks. Don't think I am going to make it. Christmas holiday put me behind. I would have to lose 6# in 4 weeks. 1 lb a week is hard enough. But I am going to try to do something exercise wise each day and just see what happens. I am back to recording everything which makes a huge difference.
