Woke up this morning (always a good sign) lol... and realized that OMG I am going to be 40 in a few days.. 40!!! I know it is just a number but I can remember so clearly that 40 was old!!! Now I'm going to be that number. Really what have I done with my life? Have I really lived or just survived because that is what you are suppose to do?
How much time have I wasted worrying about what others think, or behaving in a certain manner because well that is what you are suppose to do?
There is none of this silliness of OH MY WHERE DID THE TIME GO crap! In my case I know where the time went, but did I spend that time wisely? Sure I did all the normal things.. school, job, boyfriend off and on, partying etc.. But honestly have I really done anything, anything at all that has made a difference?
40... not married (don't want to be either), never have had children (not by choice, long sad story ), and working a pretty dead end job!
So yeah.. million dollar question to myself... where do I go from here?
Answer... I have no clue.
