The long weekend is over and it is back to work... my mood today is kinda funky and seems to be well a little unsteady right now. Perhaps it is the realization that I have 12 days to reach my first goal of 130! After that goal then 125 by x-mas, a weight I have not been in a very long time. Actually the last time I was that weight I was really sick and did not eat a whole lot for a couple months straight.
Any ways enough of all that... it is bumming me out more and that is not good for the emotional state nor the necessity to stay motivated at work..
