It was great to finally see some movement on the scale. I am feeling better. I attribute it a lot to the water and detoxing from sugar and bread. I am eating my main meal at lunch and lighter at dinner which is better for me at this time. The water is keeping me full and I dont feel hungry. I am recording everything even if I slip. I managed to get thru a pot luck this week @ work and pass all the sweets, a miracle in the making. I am a sweet tooth fanatic. One day at a time, One pound at a time. the 12 pounds in 12 weeks is a reasonable challenge. I dont think I have ever achieved a goal like this. I usually give up. I am going to give it my best shot.
