3 days on the wagon. meaning no sweets.drinking 64oz plus of water.Hard at first but getting easier.recording everything.makes me accountable.I heard success is knowing exactly what you put in your mouth.one day at a time.one meal at a time.i like the fact that this website is free and calculates the calories and breaks everything down. i am learning a lot.It is kinda fun reading other journals.modern technology has its merits i guess.

Yes it does Bonnie and it's great that you are doing so well. It is nice to be able to read the journals and see how other's are handling the same issues with diet and maintenace that we are. It is very nice to know we are not alone. Keep up the good work and keep journalling. It reall helps!
