it's weigh day tomorrow! not holding out too much hope cos i was a little bit naughty last night! had breaded scampi and a few chips!!!! But i'd like to say in my favour, i thoroughly enjoyed it and stopped eating when i felt full....i was feeling a bit low so thought i'd treat myself, after all i have been very strict for nearly three weeks now. i am thinking of changing to a detox diet for a while to see if my bloating will go but will wait and see what my weigh in is like tomorrow, or i might do one more week of atkins.....i'm not sure, i'm so confused!

fingers crossed for you resist the temptation to swing between diets sticking to any one should bring you the results you want.

i think it is important to really get a grasp of what you are going to do. The reason I say this is I have had some friends go on and off of Atkins. This is a very unhealthy yo-yo pattern when doing atkins. Because of the higher fat and protein in this diet if you go on and off it can be vvery unhealthy and hard on the kidneys as well as the intestines. Atkins is a lifestyle not a diet you can loose weight on and then go back to your old patterns. I hope this doesnt seem harsh but doing Atkins is a major decision to change your lifestyle permenantly. Wishing you all the best.
