I am going to be 40 in august and am not looking forward to it at all. five years ago i made a list of all the things i wanted to achieve before i got to 40 and surprise,surprise find myself only months away and have achieved none!!!!
i have two children 16 & 19 and live with them and my husband in epsom, surrey.
i have yo yo'd with weight and diets for 20years and have had enough now. this time on atkins is my last attempt and if it doesn't work i will give up and accept myself for who i am.
