So I hit 7 k steps again finally yesterday. SO on to 8.5 today so I can do 10k tomorrow!
And the old man smiles. back to my low. And yes Cindy that is why I am visiting daily (to keep my focus but only reporting 2-3 times week :) I used to do it daily....
